For what purposes are personal data used? For how long?
Personal data are processed using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes listed below.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
For all occasions in which the Company processes your data, there is a legal basis legitimizing the processing.

Are my personal data shared with other parties?
The personal data provided will not be disclosed to the public, meaning they will not be made available to unspecified parties.
However, personal data may be communicated to entities designated by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated above. By way of example and not exhaustively, the following may have access to the data:
- Staff of the Data Controller, specifically authorized for processing, trained and instructed pursuant to Art. 29 GDPR and Art. 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code;
- Provider of the service for collecting catalog requests via the form and managing these requests;
- Providers of website maintenance and updates, and providers in charge of managing, maintaining, and updating the Data Controller’s hardware and software, as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;
- Legal or tax consultants, as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;
- Public authorities, where required by law or upon their request, as data controllers;
- Third-party platforms, such as Google, if you accept third-party cookies.
The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the Data Controller by writing to the contacts indicated in the first section of this Privacy Policy.
What are my rights as a Data Subject?
You will always have control over your personal data.
In particular, you have the right to:
- request information about your personal data processed by the Company and request a copy in a structured and readable format;
- not be subject to automated decisions, unless you consent;
- request that the Company correct any data relating to you that is inaccurate, delete it, or use it only for certain purposes;
- withdraw any consent previously given.
