Are my personal data shared with other parties?

The personal data provided will not be disclosed to the public, meaning they will not be made available to unspecified parties.

However, personal data may be communicated to entities designated by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated above. By way of example and not exhaustively, the following may have access to the data:

  • Staff of the Data Controller, specifically authorized for processing, trained and instructed pursuant to Art. 29 GDPR and Art. 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code;
  • Provider of the service for collecting catalog requests via the form and managing these requests;
  • Providers of website maintenance and updates, and providers in charge of managing, maintaining, and updating the Data Controller’s hardware and software, as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;
  • Legal or tax consultants, as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;
  • Public authorities, where required by law or upon their request, as data controllers;
  • Third-party platforms, such as Google, if you accept third-party cookies.

What are my rights as a Data Subject?

You will always have control over your personal data.

In particular, you have the right to:
